Pascale Bar and Grill is a new restaurant housed within QT Hotel Melbourne. In a city flooded with restaurant options, we wanted to draw attention to the restaurant’s incredible menu in a way that acknowledges the uniquely quirky characteristics of the hotel too.
With Valentine’s Day approaching, and with people looking for places to spoil the ones they love, we created a dessert unlike any other.
'Room For Dessert' is a decadent dish priced at $300 that appears on the menu. It not only mixes delicious almond-pistachio madeleine biscuit with wild strawberry marmalade on a pillow of Valrhona white chocolate and vanilla buttermilk mousse, but it comes with a QT room key, a king-size bed, and 1000-thread Egyptian cotton sheets. Yes, part of the dessert is a room at QT Melbourne for the night.By giving guests at the restaurant a chance to be spontaneous, we’ve captured the thrill of romance at this time of year. There’s an element of mischief and playfulness that reinforces what the QT brand is all about while drawing attention to the restaurant, the incredible food and the unique experience of staying at QT Melbourne.
